Kakashi is equivalent to Naruto and Sasuke at their best in the 4th war. So he should be able to deal with Delta perfectly, plus he has a lot of artillery in terms of ninjutsu and the Mangekyo Sharingan could handle space and time at will.
Delta couldn't defeat Naruto who wasn't even serious.
